We want you to love your Cosmic Coast Studio artwork. Because our prints are made to order and original artwork is one of a kind, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Original Artwork

All original artwork is final sale. Please review the product description, dimensions, and photos carefully before purchasing. Feel free to contact us with any questions before placing your order.

Art Prints

Prints are produced specifically for each order and are therefore final sale. Slight variations in color may occur between what you see on your screen and the finished print and are not considered defects.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Shipping delays caused by the carrier are not eligible for refunds. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with you and the shipping carrier or fulfillment provider to determine the appropriate next steps.

Order Cancellations

Because orders may enter production quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
